Clinical Program Manager
Reine Rached is a healthcare professional with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) and an MSc in Microbiology and Infectious Diseases from Saint Joseph University of Beirut, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the Lebanese University. She also holds a recent certificate in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Helsinki, reflecting her dedication to integrating technology and innovation into healthcare practices.
Throughout her career, Reine has collaborated with international medical companies, gaining extensive experience in healthcare operations, research, and patient support. Beyond her clinical expertise, she is deeply passionate about education and psychology. As a private tutor, she has guided students from various academic systems and age groups, focusing especially on those with learning difficulties, fostering confidence, curiosity, and growth.
At THE BALANCE Rehab Clinic, Reine serves as Clinical Coordinator and Treatment Program Designer, tailoring each patient’s program according to their medical condition, personal needs, and preferences. She manages medications, appointments, and overall care to ensure a successful stay and the effectiveness of the treatment, while collaborating closely with the rest of the clinical team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
