Deep Tissue Massage & Pilates

Fernanda is a physiotherapist specializing in manual therapy, dry needling, and is a therapeutic pilates instructor on the mat, machines, and for prenatal clients. With a holistic approach to health, her goal is to empower her patients to be active participants in their healing journey through movement and the mind-body connection.

From a young age, she has been fascinated by health, science, and the human body as a whole. Choosing physiotherapy allowed her to combine her passion for health with her desire to help others.

She wanted to pursue a healthcare profession that would allow her to express herself freely, share her knowledge, and experience the immense satisfaction of witnessing and being part of her patients’ recovery process.

She soon realized that addressing the “ROOT” of a problem requires going beyond the physical level. She began studying pilates, low-pressure techniques, and other therapeutic methods with a strong preventive focus, integrating principles that emphasize the mind-body connection.

Later, she developed an interest in a broader perspective of the human being, exploring and studying methods such as biodecoding, NLP, quantum physics, breathing techniques, Qigong, Somatic Experience, and various approaches related to a holistic understanding of the individual.

Currently, she collaborates with hospitals, participates in health and wellness retreats as a pilates instructor, and teaches workshops on the mind-body connection through therapeutic pilates.

On a personal level, she is passionate about nature, music, art, and everything that inspires and expands her. She is enthusiastic about personal growth and interacting with people and her environment in a conscious, meaningful, and coherent way.
