Lydia is a dedicated somatic therapist, mindfulness and meditation teacher, and life coach whose journey of self-discovery and healing fuels her passion for guiding others. Her personal experiences of confronting fears, healing deep-seated trauma, and reclaiming her inner power have shaped her empathetic and transformative approach. Through this process, she has gained self-confidence, clarity, and a profound understanding of self-love and self-worth.
Before fully embracing her calling, Lydia navigated the corporate world, studying tax law, working in corporate environments for over a decade, and later owning a trading business. Alongside this career, she embarked on a spiritual journey, exploring yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. These parallel paths ultimately converged to form the foundation of her work today.
With a blend of therapeutic modalities, including inner parts work, mindfulness practices, and somatic therapy, Lydia has helped individuals release anxiety, overcome depression, heal emotional eating, and nurture self-acceptance. Her work is centered on empowering others to embrace their thoughts, shadows, and emotions without fear, unlocking their unique potential.
Lydia’s insatiable curiosity drives her to continuously expand her knowledge and skills. She works with clients from diverse backgrounds ,teenagers, professionals, retirees offering a compassionate, intuitive, and insightful approach.
