Sound Healing
Paloma has been connected to music since childhood through her love for the piano. Over 25 years ago, her journey of self-discovery and exploration began after she stumbled upon Holistic Kinesiology, a discovery that ignited her curiosity. A few years later, she decided to undergo treatment using this technique, which deepened her understanding of the body’s innate ability to communicate and heal itself.
Recognizing that every individual is unique and that our bodies constantly express themselves as part of a larger Whole in harmony with nature’s biorhythms, she embarked on a path of healing and self-awareness. This journey led her to become a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, where she mastered the art of listening and creating a sacred, safe space for the body to identify and address its own needs and priorities.
Her passion for holistic health inspired her to study Kinesiology, a diagnostic approach that views individuals as a whole. Through this, she uncovered how physical, metabolic, psychological, and energetic factors intertwine to impact well-being. Over time, her focus narrowed to areas such as eating habits, intolerances, emotional balance, and sound therapy, particularly through vibration.
Six years ago, she began teaching individual and group Chi Kung sessions. This practice, combining mindful movements, controlled breathing, and meditation, has helped her and her students enhance their physical and mental health.
Her work with therapeutic sound, using gongs, bowls, and other instruments, reveals the transformative power of vibration. Through these sessions, she facilitates deep relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, balances emotional energy, and stimulates the glandular system, improving its functions. Her lifelong dedication to healing, learning, and supporting others continues to enrich both her life and the lives of those she touches.
