  • facilitate transition and continuity

OVERVIEW OF AVAILABLE Program

Based on assessment and suitability, care may be delivered within one or more of the following program frameworks:

Individualized Residential Care

A highly contained residential program designed for individuals requiring focused, one-to-one care within a structured therapeutic environment.

Small-Group Residential Care

A residential program for individuals who benefit from limited, carefully structured peer engagement alongside individual treatment.

Medical Stabilisation & Detox

A medically governed program providing stabilisation and withdrawal support where clinically indicated.

Intensive Outpatient & Transitional Care

Intensive Outpatient & Transitional Care is designed as a structured step-down phase for individuals transitioning out of residential treatment. It maintains therapeutic intensity while gradually reintroducing daily responsibilities, before moving into long-term aftercare.

International Aftercare & Continuity Care

Structured outpatient engagement and continuity support designed to maintain stability, support reintegration, and extend care beyond intensive phases.

Program Suitability & Entry Criteria

A clear overview of how suitability is assessed, including clinical considerations, boundaries, and referral pathways.

ASSESSMENT & PLACEMENT

Program placement begins with comprehensive assessment. This process considers:

Placement decisions are reviewed throughout care.

DURATION & PACING
