THE BALANCE Rehab Clinic (“THE BALANCE”, “we”, “us”) provides structured, planned mental health and rehabilitation services. We do not operate as an emergency or crisis response service.

2. Not an Emergency Service

THE BALANCE does not provide:

  • emergency medical care
  • emergency psychiatric services
  • crisis hotlines
  • immediate intervention for acute risk

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, emergency services must be contacted without delay.

You should seek immediate emergency assistance if you or someone else is experiencing:

  • medical emergencies

Do not rely on email, website forms, or digital resources in these situations.

In an emergency:

  • contact local emergency services immediately
  • attend the nearest emergency department

If you are outside your home country, contact local emergency services appropriate to your location.

5. Crisis Support Resources

If you are experiencing emotional distress but are not in immediate danger, consider contacting:

  • local crisis support organizations
  • national mental health helplines
  • trusted healthcare providers

Crisis support resources vary by country. Individuals are encouraged to identify appropriate local services.
