Charlotte has an international background with training in psychology and experience across clinical, research, and corporate settings. Her career has focused on developing and leading mental health programs which blend evidence-based practice with compassionate, person-centered care. She has collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver innovative approaches that promote recovery, resilience, and overall wellbeing.
At The Balance, Charlotte leads the London Hub, overseeing both clinical quality and operational performance. She is committed to ensuring that every client receives exceptional, individualized care within a supportive and holistic environment.
In her role as Clinical Strategy Director, Charlotte oversees global clinical relationships, admissions pathways, and referral networks. She works closely with international healthcare partners, UHNW advisers, and performance-focused intermediaries to ensure clients receive the correct level of intervention. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practice, strategic clarity, and a commitment to client-centered care.
