THE BALANCE offers Executive and Signature residential programs in Private and Semi-Private settings. All treatment and activities are delivered individually. In Semi-Private, the residence, chef and personal manager are shared. The confirmed location, initial duration, team, residential arrangement, inclusions, known exclusions, and payment terms are stated in the individual agreement and invoice before admission.
The quoted weekly fees apply to the residential stay. Where aftercare is included, its stated period follows the residential stay and forms part of the selected program fee.
The fee is a significant financial decision and should be considered together with clinical suitability and the actual scope of care. Ability to fund treatment does not guarantee admission, and the program should not be reduced below a safe clinical structure to meet a budget.
The medical, psychiatric, and clinical treatment inclusions described below apply to Mallorca and Zurich. London provides residential mental health treatment with psychotherapy, counseling, and personalized support; its professionals, accommodation, and continuing psychological support are confirmed in your proposal.
What the BALANCE Fee Includes
- Initial multidisciplinary assessment and treatment planning
- The agreed psychiatric, psychological, medical, nutritional, and therapeutic core team
- Individual treatment sessions, excursions and activities
- Clinical case coordination and multidisciplinary review
- The Private or Semi-Private residence and household arrangement agreed for your stay
- Personal support, scheduling, chef-prepared meals and household coordination within the agreed scope
- Local transportation identified as part of the program
- Privacy and residence-access arrangements
- Transition planning and the aftercare included in your selected program
Not every client receives every method or specialist. Inclusion means the program provides the clinically indicated care within the agreed scope, not that a maximum list of services will be delivered.
Executive and Signature
Executive includes the agreed residential program and three months of structured aftercare. Signature includes the Executive residential program, with additional reserved individual therapy and coaching time, expanded family and partner work, and twelve months of aftercare and ongoing support.
Signature also includes selected external specialist consultations and medical checks when clinically indicated, plus selected private boat activities, external dining experiences and VIP airport service. The individual proposal confirms the included arrangements and scope. Clinical decisions continue to follow each client’s assessed needs.
Assessment and Clinical Care
Treatment begins with review of psychiatric, psychological, physical, substance-related, nutritional, sleep, medication, relationship, and risk information. The team develops a working plan and adapts it as the picture becomes clearer.
The proposal should identify the expected core professionals and any method or service that requires a separately contracted provider. A general phrase such as comprehensive care should not conceal limits or additional costs.

Residence and Personal Support
Private provides a residence reserved for you, with a dedicated chef and personal manager. In Semi-Private, the residence, chef and personal manager are shared. All BALANCE treatment and activities remain individual in either setting.
The fee includes the residence and household arrangement stated in the agreement. A specific property, view, room, companion accommodation, security feature, or exceptional service should be assumed only when confirmed in writing.
Personal support is distinct from nursing, medical staffing, specialist security, or emergency care. The proposal specifies the agreed daytime, overnight, and on-call arrangements.

Continuing Care
Executive includes three months of structured aftercare in both residential settings. Signature includes twelve months of aftercare and ongoing support, with a named continuity lead, scheduled remote support during the first two weeks at home, and clinical reviews at months 3, 6, 9 and 12 after the stay. The first two weeks and all included Signature support fall within the same twelve-month period.
COGNIFUL Plus includes three months of structured aftercare.
Included aftercare follows the residential stay and is included in the selected program fee; the weekly residential fee is charged for the residential weeks. The individual plan specifies frequency, professional roles, appointment format, family involvement, home-team coordination, jurisdictional availability, and what happens when the included period ends.

Duration and Extensions
The initial number of weeks is a clinical recommendation based on the information available before admission. Complexity, stability, response, new findings, readiness for transition, and the home network may change the recommendation.
A proposed extension would have a clear clinical purpose and a written cost. The client or authorized contracting party would have time to understand the reason and alternatives. Residence and team availability must also be confirmed.
A shorter stay can provide valuable assessment and stabilization without implying that every longer-term need has been resolved.
Payment, Cancellation, and Insurance
The process requires the treatment agreement to be signed and the invoiced amount paid in advance. The final documents should state payment dates, currency, cancellation, postponement, early departure, refund, extension, and third-party terms.
Any insurance or payer reimbursement remains the responsibility of the client.

When Another Program or Provider Is More Appropriate
COGNIFUL provides individual clinical and bodywork sessions, with a shared residence, chef, personal manager, other holistic sessions, excursions and activities. COGNIFUL is EUR 40’000 per client, per residential week. COGNIFUL Plus is EUR 50’000 and adds reserved individual work, family preparation, transition coordination and three months of aftercare.
SENSES offers private retreats for preventive health and restoration for medically stable adults, on their own or with family and friends. The one- and two-week formats combine individual assessment and a personal plan with time for rest and useful routines.
The SENSES amounts shown here are in CHF for Zurich. The same numerical amounts apply in EUR for Mallorca. CHF 70’000 per week includes the villa and one program participant; each additional program participant adds CHF 35’000 per week. Two program participants sharing one villa are CHF 105’000 per week. Accompanying children stay without an additional accommodation charge. Childcare, separate children’s programs and arrangements for other accompanying guests are agreed individually.
Another hospital, specialist, community, or outpatient provider may also be the responsible recommendation. Every inquiry should be assessed according to need, risk, setting, and capability.
